Tenuah is a structured growth program for teenage boys focused on peak health; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through disciplined training, proper nutrition, Torah learning, counseling, adventure and life-skills coaching, boys build strength, confidence and resilience. 

More than a program, Tenuah is a team; a place to belong, to bond deeply with peers, and to grow together in a healthy, driven environment. Every part of the day is intentional, helping each boy become grounded, capable and proud of who he is.
